Article 1: Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") apply to all transactions conducted through the websites operated by GIO Academy, a division of Q Digital Media Company LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the United States. "Customer" or "Client" means any individual or entity that places an order with GIO Academy through our secure payment platform or other accepted payment methods.

Age Restrictions: GIO Academy only accepts customers who are:

• 16 years of age or older for physical and digital products

• 18 years of age or older for services including coaching, workshops, and seminars

We implement reasonable measures to restrict access to our websites, products, and services to minors. While our content is not inappropriate in nature, we target a mature audience capable of understanding business implications and responsibilities. Any newsletter subscriber or customer who does not meet these age requirements will be immediately removed from our database and refunded upon discovery, with product return required where applicable.

Placement of any order through GIO Academy's websites constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Article 4: Pricing

All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) and exclude shipping and handling charges where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, the price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time of order placement.

Article 5: Payment and Refund Policy

Payment Terms: Payment is due immediately upon order placement, including for pre-order products. We accept major credit cards (Visa and Mastercard). American Express is not accepted. International cards must be enabled for international transactions.

Payment Processing: Secure online payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. All transmitted information is encrypted using industry-standard security protocols. Stripe is solely responsible for payment security, and GIO Academy disclaims any liability related to payment processing security.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our products, immediate access provided upon purchase, and competitive pricing, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Article 6: Delivery and Risk of Loss

Digital Products: Access to digital products is provided immediately upon successful payment processing.

Physical Products: Delivery will be made to the address specified during order placement. Please ensure accuracy of your shipping address. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment from our facilities. In case of lost packages, we will make reasonable efforts to ensure delivery or provide appropriate resolution under applicable warranty terms.

Article 7: Privacy and Data Protection

Data Collection: In compliance with applicable US privacy laws, including state privacy regulations, you have rights regarding your personal data. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy and consent to our collection and use of your personal information as described therein.

All content, materials, courses, and digital products provided by GIO Academy are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Customers receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.

Article 9: Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GIO ACADEMY'S LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Article 10: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state where Q Digital Media Company LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of such jurisdiction.
